Thank you for visiting our website. Cheer Connection was established in 2003 and is the Home of SPIRIT FORCE ALL-STAR COMPETITIVE CHEERLEADERS. We are dedicated to providing the highest level of cheerleading training and gymnastics while nurturing our athletes into healthy, productive and responsible citizens through promoting competitive cheerleading. A vital part of our training is to build confidence, respect, teamwork, sportsmanship, social skills, life skills and leadership skills in our athletes. We have had the pleasure of coaching and mentoring more than 200 children that have participated in our All-Star Program over the last five years.
Through the success of our program, we felt in order to reach more youth, it was time to expand our services so more children in our community could benefit too; thus, Fun & Fit was born. Fun & Fit is "A Children's Fitness" Center where today's youth and families are encouraged to particpate in routine physical and social activities.
