Age 6 to 8 years old 

athletes' work on Level 1 (beginner and novice) skills to increase their athleticism, listening skills, coordination, team work, strength, flexibility and memory work.  This is the first step to becoming a great cheerleader!  Athletes will learn formations, stunt and pyramid technique, motion and jump technique and the building blocks for good tumbling.  They will also learn how to work as a team in a structured setting.

Age 7 to 11 years old 

athletes' work on Level 1 (beginner) and Level 2 (novice) skills to progress with standing BHS, round off BHS, front walkover, backwalker, backward, forward and side rolls. Level jumps and technique for; toe touch, pike, front and side, hurdler. Motion technique, Level 2 stunt and pyramid technique for: thigh stand, prep, full extensions, liberty variations, straight body basket tosses. Team work, confidence, motivation and determination is gained through the structure of skill progression.

Age 11 to 14 years old 

athletes' work on Level 2 - Level 4 skills to develop strong technique and skill ability for jumps: double toe touch, front hurdlers, pikes; tumbling skills back handspring; round off BHS back tuck; round off back tuck, front tuck, walkover, skill progression and technique taught in stunts and pyramids, basket tosses.  Team work, confidence, motivation and determination is gained through the structure of skill progression.

Age 13 to 17 years old 

athletes' work on Level 1 (beginner) - Level 3 (intermidiate) skills to develop strong technique and skill ability for jumps: double toe touch, front and side hurdlers, pikes; tumbling skills: front and back walkovers;  back handspring; round off BHS back tuck; round off back tuck, front tuck, skill progression and technique taught in motions, stunts, pyramids, basket tosses.  Team work, discipline, confidence, motivation and determination is gained through the structure of skill progression.
